I want it but can't figure out why it's not showing. I've deleted and re-upload 3 times and its not in my game. Help

I will seperate out the add on files for each recipe so people can pick and choose. Unfortunately with the new patch this has been kind of made compulsory for EP/GP/SP/Kit as well as mods and cc
