A large complex you recognize as some of the industrial constructs from the abandoned Nian cities in Syndicate territory. However, these are not dormant nor in ruins. The walled complex might hide the numbers on the other side, but the sound of the operation indicates that this is no small dig. Could the Nians really be in short supply of material? Or are they building something new?
