WIP: A new exit rift for Strongholds!

Today we are overhauling the Stronghold system to make it extensible, customizable, and flexible to more new zones.
One important issue was how players know how to leave the Strongholds. We worried the exit Teleport Anomaly (rift) was not self-documenting/clear in its purpose. A player may think it just to be a normal anomaly, with no special ability to get you home!
To address this we added a new type that will render like an "Echo" but with custom text and description! This way it will be much more obvious to players.
