Glazed roasted peppers/veggies, apple crisp served in skillet, beet salad, apple pecan salad, truffle fries, lobster mac & cheese, stuffed peppers, meatloaf, lemon pie, cast-iron pork chop, beer cheese, half roast chicken. Just a few brain-storming ideas.

Also, does tropical farm-to-table count? My grandma used to make so many delicious Puerto Rican foods from the finca my grandpa had. He grew a bunch of local fruit and veg, but obviously tropical. Like mango, different varieties of plantains, and a bunch of other roots and plants that I forget the English names of. It'd be so cool to have something like that someday. :)
