About the origin of it..I was searching for information regarding typical American breakfast and came across the term..it totally reminded me of the Sims 2 flapjack stand

(I know they have the Full English in the UK, and it's similar but with differences). I did want to point out that it's lumber - as in wood (wood mill worker, the logging industry), not lumbar as is your back. :)
