I would keep it simple. judging based off your comment she already likes you, or at least that’s the impression you have. So a simple “Hey how you doing” or hey how’s your day/workout going? Works well to start a convo. But context is also important so don’t go too far out of your way to talk to her, then you might be a “creep”. But i would do it if she’s in your vicinity, like within close distance. Also address that hesitation in you. That’s a limiting mentality that i still deal with at times but it’s crucial to overcome that cuz u lose too many opportunities overthinkin shit.
