This particular one is fond of magical contracts made with mortals who want magical favors or good fortune. His price varies depending on the magnitude. But if the desire strikes him, he will offer magical favors in exchange for a finite period of sex slavery! This can vary from a single day to years. >:3c He got the idea from his travelling tanuki friend from across the sea.
Where did he get that outfit? Well, sometimes he gets favors from tailors.
