In doing so we look at the devastating losses that the Ukraine/NATO forces have taken in the war and what end state the Russians may favour. We also look at the motivations of the imperialists and what outcome the various factions in the US block may favour.

Putin refers to this act in one of his speeches of February 2022 leading up to the SMO, either that of Feb 21 or 24.
