Why isn’t Finlands accession to NATO a bigger deal for the Russians? It’s on the border and was, if I remember, pretty significant during Barbarossa and the siege of Leningrad? Could you spell out why Ukraine is a much bigger deal than say Latvia and Estonia, especially given that Crimea, giving Russia sea access, has already been incorporated into the Russian Federation?
