In this episode I revisit the question of whether Russia can be categorised as an imperialist nation.
In doing so I work through Lenins definition of imperialism whilst looking at Tsarist imperialism and it's crucial differences to today. Along the way we encounter Trotsky getting the Balkan wars disastrously wrong and the power of the British imperialists over the old Russian bourgeoisie.
