This past week has been fraught with family medical drama. I won't go into too much detail, but it's involved lots of time spent at a local hospital. September has been a bit of a stressful month thus far. This is why updates have been a bit more sporadic than usual. My understanding is that this will not be over anytime soon, so a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on the comic will be eaten up.
And believe me, I've been using every chance to work on the comic. Beyond being a way to have fun, live a dream, and make a few bucks on the side (thanks for your continued support, everyone!), drawing has always been a means of stress relief for me. When things in my life start getting out of control, I can always count on this one thing that I CAN control.
In fact, I'd been stuck for a script for this page, but I was able to channel mounting frustrations into a rather satisfying monologue from Kess, so I guess some good came of it.
Anyway, enough about me. Enjoy this uncensored look at page 453, and thanks once more for your continued support!
