I'm really digging the fleshing out of the relationship between Cinder and Kighan. When the characters were first introduced roughly a decade ago, there was an idea to portray them in a way that would keep readers guessing about the exact nature of their relationship, particularly as to whether the two were romantically involved. I feel that a deep friendship is a better direction for the two of them, and I'm glad the story gave me an opportunity to show that on this page. I love how it came out!
So how exactly can Cinder save Kilani? Stay tuned...
