2019 Calendar - Kilani WIP 1
Added 2018-09-05 04:41:34 +0000 UTCI've got Kilani sketched for the 2019 "Draconia Chronicles" Calendar. It's a bit of a reinterpretation of her first appearance from the 2002 calendar. Looking at her character progression, I decided that this moment should reflect a somber, saddening realization rather than the disgust conveyed in the original.
Yes, the light sword is inspired by "Tenchi Muyo."
The 2002 edition was the first to feature a narrative and the first to feature Tigers. Deciding they could look better, I overhauled the entire basic Tiger design from the ground up for the 2003 edition. Kilani would look much more like her modern self the following year.
