Sorry for the delay in updates, they should come more frequently than this but the team has been busy toiling away and growing their skills in new and exciting fields.
Myself, I'm working on FATHOM, WONDER ISLAND, and GREAT SURVIVOR SAINT KAIDAN as well as juggling two different jobs right now to keep things going. Then there's the ANGEL OF DEATH, a companion unit to the BIG BANG BOY as originally featured in KMD1.
You'll learn a lot more about the AoD with the release of KMD2 but for now know that we've been painstakingly tinkering with the design to make sure it is a sturdy and visually iconic mecha unit that should be able to survive falling off the shelf.
Like all of NOIRCOs mecha, the AoD is built to last and I want the same to be true for the action figure. Of which there will likely only be 10 produced, barring a miracle. Though, that may be subject to change depending on my income at the time. As producing and shipping them will likely cost more than we can reasonably charge to sell them.
Brilliant business model, right? I know, I know.
But as always Conquest is fans first. As far as I am concerned sometimes its worth taking a hit in the pocket just to get something super awesome out there for your most loyal supporters. These limited chase figures will be available at the highest tier of KMD2 like the custom Orange Koala Stien on KMD1.
There will be more on the AoD in future updates, but for now just know it is a mechanized survey unit with limited flight capabilities. But fans of the Murdercycle need not fret, there will be a lot more mechanized combat in volume 2.
Zombie-Cyborgs, Hypersonic Saser Scythes, and Mechanized Infantry Units...
You know, for a post-apocalyptic wasteland, the technology in KMD sure is advanced compared to a lot of other places in the world. What's up with that? Something doesn't check out!
