My mother was very careful to tell us we would almost certainly have no chance of getting anything from it, but my sister and I were adamant we at least give it a chance. On our first try we won a second-place prize, which was an astronaut costume. Needless to say we were incredibly annoying for the rest of that contest and did not win anything else

You all already talk about video games all the time, I wanted to hear more descriptions of ridiculous 90s toys. EMILY HAD THE RIGHT IDEA. everyone should have led with an Enchanted Castle pick.
