A terrifying skeleton with wings and a gun

Pfp checks out

Dr. Eggman

penguin boy to raccoon woman pipeline here

So proud of Jake for making the Quail Man connection, so disappointed in Caldwell for not getting there first. Also, is the east coast not populated with quail? I'm surprised they all seem... well, surprised at what quail look like.

Dunk and Egg deserves a great adaptation. I’ve read all of GRRM’s novels and as many short stories as I can get my hands on and can confidently say Dunk and Egg is his best writing.

Hugo Wull

thank you for making the fingernail a quail. i am a quail kid

Druid being the most underplayed class is probably correct even if the gen AI sourcing was off, people really don't like playing control casters and druids have like no mobility or blasting options, you just sort of plant your feet and concentrate on your big spell.

Really not sure why youre shocked & upset when you went to the cartoon dm & got cartoons.....

I'm still wondering if he's going to run them through Bonegrinder. It seems like Caldwell's more focused on cracking jokes and running curse of Strahd like a Saturday morning cartoon. So I don't think so.

There's a special tool to open quail eggs. They look like scissors ✂️

The Beatles at least think that deva is pronounced "day-va", because Across the Universe has the Sanskrit "Jai guru deva" right before the chorus

The T-Rex was a predator, it likely also scavenged because pretty much every animal will also eat food it just finds. But the idea that it was an exclusive scavenger is like, one guy's fringe theory that got a lot of mainstream attention because people love that style of "you were wrong about dinosaurs!" clickbait that reduces scientific theory to easily digestible, shocking "fun facts" to one-up friends with. But it's not actually likely to be true. Similarly, iirc the current scientific standard is that baby T-Rexes had feathers but lost them as they grew up, indicated by the skin impressions we have of babies and adults. I feel a bit uncertain on whether to leave this comment at all because a lot of Short Rests have had passionate statements not to correct them because they can just look it up themselves ("don't @ us!") which I do understand, posting casual conversations online and being bombarded with "um, actually" by tons of people must feel exhausting. But this isn't like me wanting to be a know-it-all and feel superior to other people by correcting them, I just think it's kind of sad how easily misconceptions spread and I wanna give people who read the comment section a chance to consider this additonal T-Rex info and maybe read into it themselves if they want to :) Science is fascinating and always more complex than clickbait articles or fun facts. Stay curious everyone!

Too much joe Rogan and AI. Not enough grinch

Also also ALSO how did these elder millennials not reference Quail Man from the hit Nickelodeon TV show Doug?

Derek

I was the marine biology kid, and my last character was a water genasi druid. I was driving my DM nuts like Brennan spouting bird facts.
