Pat it dry n add it to a nice Mediterranean tomato pasta sauce perhaps. Just goes dead slimy and uninteresting if you cook too long while damp. Tastes delicious if you chargrill or Extremely Roast it though, I think 😎

2023-12-15 22:09:20 +0000 UTCJust finished my biological diversity class, frogs have a three chambered heart which causes their oxygenated blood and deoxygenated blood to mix and thus their blood is not that great at distributing nutrients as a four chambered heart (in humans) would be. They also need to absorb oxygen through the skin as tadpoles in order to breathe underwater and keep that feature as frogs on land to absorb even more oxygen. The frog can absorb oxygen through its skin, lungs, and even the skin around its mouth so that the lack of oxygenated blood running their their vascular system isn’t a harm to the amount of oxygen they can obtain. Breathing through the skin also makes them vulnerable to human pollutants, as they absorb harmful chemicals and are thus the easiest indicators of extinction via the mass rates of mortality in frog species due to air pollutants.
