Merch Club Q3 Update

Just wanted to update you on the status of your Fanny Quacks and Living Wood Candles! We wanted the shipments to go out at the end of last month, but due to delivery delays we weren't able to do that. We're eager to get you your merch, but won't be able to ship anything until mid-next week. You will still receive your email asking you to confirm & claim your merch, so keep an eye on your email inboxes!
In the meantime, here's a detailed look at the finished Fanny Quack! We hope you all love it!

I got my email and received one saying that my item has shipped.. however when I go to the order page it says it's being prepared and hasn't shipped - also the tracking page is all in Dutch?
