The almost-heroes set up camp with the freshly-rescued and adorably annoying Green Teens, then head back into the keep to search for the dragon's egg. Hardwon faces off against a beefcake rival, Beverly expands his tooth collection, and Moonshine summons a spectral PawPaw.

2025-08-14 16:13:25 +0000 UTCI see what Murph was doing here, he crafted it so either way the battle in Moonstone would happen, had multiple factions both wanting the trident and a time frame that didn't allow them to tackle both problems at the same time and maybe it was just pivoting based on player choices but it is quite clever when thinking about if they took out the shaman on the way to find the green teens or perhaps left the dragon egg and came back early, either way the battle and final showdown would happen

He has so much fun making himself the butt of a joke and it's when he's the funniest in my opinion. It is great to see this as the shifting point though

2025-06-30 16:16:16 +0000 UTCThe one thing I just realized that I find very funny is how Hardwon started off wanting to be Aragorn, and after all the miserable failures and being surrounded by hijinks, he massively shifted character. A lot of Moonshine's traits bled into Hardwon, like not being able to read and being unable to give thumbs ups. I wonder how much different it would be if Jake started D&D with a more serious tone like he expected rather than dragon dicks, snake pussy, and naked hung Kobolds.
