The idea of crisis as not just an effect of capitalism, but as a tool of the bourgeoisie for "getting things done," strikes me as an interesting idea that's worth developing. In particular its ideological and cultural effects, which this podcast has already developed to some extent in the COVID and climate "crisis" contexts.
