He is a Marxist scholar that would be able to offer more details on imperialism in Africa and how to move forward (as discussed on Alex's latest livestream), and would have interesting thoughts about the Trotsky v. Stalin debate.

2022-03-10 16:26:08 +0000 UTCInteresting, saying that you are a fascist doesn't make you one, at least if considered in a Marxist perspective. We have a bunch of groups in the US that cosplay Nazis, but I always thought these groups were Nazis only in the most shallow way, that they shared only their love for symbolism with their idols. It seems this symbolism is what the left points to most, not just in regard to Ukraine, but the US. Further it is silly to say that someone is an "ideological" fascist, as if fascists have an ideology. Fascism is a product of the capitalist system in decay, not some book or badge. Many ML's fail to see this now. Thank you for the clarity. However, if I am not mistaken the trials of Nazis were for the genocide the committed, not the fascist system they oversaw. People should not conflate the two.
