Trying a pose that's challenging--Crow Pose

This is called a Crow Pose. 

This pose is good for:

Strength

Toning your body

Strengthens wrists, arms, upper back, and confidence [not falling on your face] *laughs*

This pose requires alot of balancing mainly using your arms and wrists. This takes practice and usually doesn't take overnight to be able to safetly do this pose. 

I say this is challenging because it requires alot of strength and this pose is perfect for practicing and building that strength to eventually hold for longer times.
