Don't worry, sooner or later what it difficult, it will become easy.

Thanks for the glowing review! Hope I can deliver going forward <3

Wrathfulies

Honestly, doing the renders for them walking him home almost got me to tear up. Glad you enjoyed it!

Wrathfulies

Brianna is a very complex and haunted character. A lot more time will be needed for her to be able to shed the trauma, but we will be exploring her story more in future releases. Glad you liked it!

It hasn't been part of my training yet. I'm sure I'll get there, eventually, but the most I've been training is feeling energetic residue. Visualization is pretty difficult still.

I really don't know how to begin this post, because I'm at a loss of words. Just finished the first chapter and it was something I didn't looked for, but I definitely wanted. The first track, that greets one in the main menu is so VtMB-ish for me that I already was intrigued and oh boy... The sound design, the visuals, the atmosphere - everything's perfect. It feels like someone got into my head and knew me and my tastes better that I did. I could randomly take any render and set it as wallpaper and it would be awesome. I was mesmerized by the cloud render. So simple, yet it told me a lot. The characters... Wow... I do not recall last time I wanted to select each option to see each characters' every dialog. It is always either a couple of interesting ones or a couple of the opposite, but never the whole cast. Last but not least: I really love the way light and different perspectives work i.e. magic at the crime scene and Brandon's "End her" thing. Thank you for your work! I'm looking forward to new chapters.

I seriously love the update Stolen Rose! You solidified the core group of friends at the end of the chapter and it was so wholesome how they pulled through for Brandon's sake. I also love the detective scenes and learned a few things while researching for the answers. Lastly, I love for more Selena scenes, she looks great when her hair is tied up and I have a thing for girls with bangs like hers. Lastly, Brianna caught me off guard, hopefully, we get to the root of her deep-seated issues and help her.

On the "I'm absolutely horrible at it". Well, that's one of the best tricks the mind, our mind, plays on us. Till we believe we are not good at something, especially in this field, we'll never have results. The will of the magician is the main ingredient for success. Belief is the most powerful tool you'll muster in your spiritual journey. Faith moves mountais and more. Call it imposition of the will, call it placebo effect, call it descend into madness. Regardless, magic works. Now, try another tecnique for achieving aura reading, if the first didn't work for you, give time to have results, try sure to succeed and you will.

It surely fits in the dev narrative. But, in the world where magic and not ordinary persons and activities appear to be more general than in our world, I found odd that in the world building, aura is not present. In our reality everyone can develop aura, if you want to, there a lot of different techniques out there, google it if interested.

Bonnie75

Unfortunately, that may be limited by my own capabilities. It never crossed my mind because I'm absolutely horrible at it. On the other hand, it's probably best I stay the course--write what you know

Wrathfulies

I quite like the uncertainty, personally. I'm not sure it's logical or internally consistent, but, it seems to fit the theme and atmosphere.

I *love* this update! So many great scenes, from the cute dates to the investigation with riddles. I loved the club atmosphere with the eerie band, they were terrifying. I actually teared up with Brianna; that scene was all kinds of emotional, I really can't bear to see someone in that much pain. I just wanted to hug her and tell her never to think of herself that way again, she deserves to be loved <3 I really wish the PC could have shown a little more empathy there, beyond simply refusing to be abusive. Fantastic work anyway, looking forward to the next chapter :)

I have one only concern so far: the aura of a person should give a reader an initial hint that the person in front of him/her is not a normal person, but something different. Yes, it could be cast a spell to hide our true nature, but so far everyone behaves like no one can read an aura. For spoilers reasons I will not make examples from this second update, but I hope you can understand my point.

Bonnie75

Wow! this was a great update. Excited for next one already.
