Join us this Wednesday at 6:30pm ET for the 2025 TVGS Annual Meeting.
In recognition of the fact that we recently passed our ten year milestone, we're mixing up the format this time around. Rather than combining our anniversary celebration with the annual meeting as we've been doing in recent years, we're going to be splitting them into two separate events:
The annual meeting will be held virtually this Wednesday via Discord
We will also be hosting a special Ten Years of TVGS in-person celebration next month! 🎉
This means that our annual meeting should also be a bit quicker this year, since we'll be saving our traditional celebration of community highlights for next month's gathering.
The virtual meeting on Wednesday will primarily be focused on voting to approve new TVGS board appointees, giving community members a chance to ask questions, and sharing a few brief updates from the nonprofit side.
If you're a member of the TVGS Patreon at the Space Capsule tier and above, you will have the opportunity to vote on approval for our new TVGS board members - please do your best to attend so we can ensure that we have a quorum of the voting members present.
Even if you aren't a paying TVGS member, you are welcome and encouraged to attend.
