So the way I see it, the stand is talking to her in the same way that Koichi's talked to him because they're on the cusp of mentally evolving. We get to meet them before they have a "fighting spirit" so we get to see their mental state growing. I see it as the Stand being their newfound willpower and resolve and it's trying to convince them to fully accept their newly awakened fighting spirit. Basically once their inner doubts are fully gone, their Stand might no longer seem like a seperate entity and just become fully one with them.

Just like Bucciratti's stand Sticky Fingers... Sticky Fingas is a rapper, Notorious Chase's actual name is Notorious BIG (as they said in the last episode), Im pretty sure I dont have to tell you who Notorious Big or the Spice Girls are :p
