2022-09-08 21:48:54 +0000 UTCThe reason zoro has such a bad fever is because his body's immune system is fucked up while it tries to heal his severe wounds from mihawk. As for why fevers sometimes seem so bad in anime, think of how if someone has a fever of like 39 degrees (103 Fahrenheit) they'll be bedridden. So you can kinda assume that his fever being that bad just means his body is super weakened.
