Imo Kira is the best anime villain. Confident, competent, and collected. Yet he still has major flaws that lead to his downfall. Like you're disgusted by him, but you can't look away and root for him a little bit. I think him and nearly every character in every episode coming together to have a purpose make part 4 my fav. Part 5 is nothing to sleep on though.
