2022-06-10 03:55:28 +0000 UTCI know people might have already told you, but I noticed that you often refer to the stands by their subtitle names. If you listen closely you will almost always hear the names spoken in English when they are announced. In the translations they had to change the names however, because all the names are popular song titles and bands. Pretty much every single stand name in all parts and most of the character names in parts 1-3 are based on a band or song. For example, in this episode they translated Kira's stand as Deadly Queen but if you listen to the audio you clearly hear him say Killer Queen (by Queen). Other examples are Josuke's Crazy Diamond (translated shining diamond) and again you can hear him definitely saying "Crazy" (this one stands out a lot because the accent he uses for it sounds kinda weird). Kinda a cool thing to think about and its fun to try to figure out some of the song references because they can get pretty obscure.
