振り返り～AI生成をはじめて半年間～(Looking Back - First Six Months of AI Generation)

AI生成をはじめてからそろそろ半年が経ちますので、日記感覚で振り返ってみます。

　昨年の夏頃、「Midjourney」というAI画像生成ジェネレータがTVや雑誌に取り上げられ話題となっていましたが、生成毎に料金も掛かり自分に関係ないものと素通りしていました。

　時は経ち、今年の春に友人からネットゲームの「AIアートインポスター」の魅力を力説され、興味が沸いた私はAI画像生成についてggっていたところ、無料で生成しまくれる「Stable Diffusion」に出会ったのです。たまたま昨年PCを新調しており動作環境を満たしていた私は早速「Stable Diffusion」の紹介ブログを参考に構築しました。そして絵の描けない自分にもこんな綺麗な画像が作れるのかと見事にハマりました！(^ω^;)

　そして何を血迷ったのかイラスト投稿サイト(Pixiv)に投稿してみたところ…。結構見てくれる。ブクマやフォローもしてくれる。ファンが増えるのが嬉しくて、その傾向を見るのにPremium課金もしました。それと同時にGWに突入したことでPIXIV FANBOXの規約を読み漁り、ついには開設までしてしまったのです！

　しかし、お金を払ってまで見たいという人はなかなか現れず、悶々としていた5月10日、運営から「AI生成作品に対する、FANBOXにおける今後の対応」が発せられましたorz

　やる気と更新頻度が落ち掛けていたそんなとき、ついに支援者がヾ(*´∀｀*)ﾉ

もうね、ウッキウキでしたｗ　まだ始めたばかり、希望はあるはず、諦めません勝つまでは！

　ポツポツと支援者も増え始めたけれど、やはり気になるのはガイドラインの改定。ちまたでは続々と引っ越しや引退宣言をする人が出てきました。私も運営の意図を汲み取り、支援の在り方を考えた結果、プラン名を「R-18チケット」から「ハンバーガー差し入れ」に変更しました！まぁ、出来ることもないし、それだけなんですけどw;

　それから２ヶ月ほどコツコツと継続は力なりを実践していたわけですが、7月24日、無情にもAI生成コンテンツの取り扱いが禁止となってしまいました。投稿作品の削除は忍びないので今も非公開状態でそっと保管しています。

　そしてどうするか、絵がまったく描けない私ピンチです。公開できるものがありません。そこでなんとか活路？を見出したのがコレです。デデーン。

だからって負けないよ。ピンチをチャンスに変えるべくステップアップだ！

こんなこともあろうかと、やってて良かったストーリーっぽいCG集。ネームを考え、吹き出し・擬音を付け、一本のストーリーに仕立て上げたのだ。表紙と宣伝用サムネを作ってFANZAに登録だ！ほら、これでまたみんなにCG作品を見てもらえる。

と言いつつ早２週間なかなか配信されないのですよ。

次の半年間はどうなってるのかな？

AI・CGの風当たりが大分強くなってきてるけど発表の場は残されてるかな？

俺たちの戦いはこれからだ

It has been almost half a year since I started AI generation, so I would like to look back on it like a diary.

　Around last summer, an AI image generator called "Midjourney" was featured on TV and in magazines and became a hot topic.

　Time passed by, and this spring, a friend of mine told me about the fascination of an online game called "AI Art Impostor," and my interest piqued, I googled AI image generation and came across "Stable Diffusion," which generates AI images for free. As it happened that I had bought a new PC last year, which met the recommended environment, I immediately set up my own computer with reference to the "Stable Diffusion" introduction blog. I was hooked on Stable Diffusion, and I was amazed that I could create such beautiful images, even though I am not a painter! (^ω^;)

　Then, I posted it on Pixiv, a site for posting illustrations.... They look at my work quite a bit. They also buzzed and followed me. I was so happy to see the number of fans increase that I even paid for Premium to see the trend. At the same time, I read the terms and conditions of PIXIV FANBOX as GW was coming, and finally I even opened it!

　However, no one wanted to pay for the service, and on May 10, after much agonizing, the management issued a notice titled "FANBOX's future response to AI-generated works.

　Just when I was losing my motivation and the frequency of updates, a supporter finally came to me.

I was so excited! We had just started, there was still hope, and we would not give up until we won!

　Although the number of supporters started to increase, I was still concerned about the revision of the guidelines. People are moving out and declaring their retirement one after another. I, too, have changed the name of the plan from "R-18 ticket" to "hamburger donation" after taking into account the intention of the management and considering how the support should be! Well, there's nothing I can do, and that's all I can do; W;.

　After about two months of practicing the principle that continuity is power, on July 24, we were unceremoniously banned from handling AI-generated content. I could not bear to delete my contributions, so I still keep them quietly in a private state.

　And what to do, I am in a pinch because I can't draw at all. I have nothing to publish. So, I found a way to make use of it. I found a way to make use of it. Deden.

But that doesn't mean I'm going to lose. I'm stepping up to turn a pinch into an opportunity!

This is a collection of CG that looks like a story that I'm glad I did. I came up with a story, added speech balloons and onomatopoeia, and made it into a single story. I made a cover and a thumbnail for advertising, and registered it on Fanza! Now everyone can see my CG work again.

But it's been two weeks since the book has been distributed.

Today, FANZA pointed out the problem, so I corrected it and asked for confirmation. ←now here

I wonder what will happen in the next six months?

The winds of AI/CG are getting much stronger, but I wonder if there will be any place left for us to present our work.

从我开始人工智能图像生成到现在已经快半年了，回顾起来就像写日记一样。

　大约在去年夏天，一款名为 "Midjourney "的人工智能图像生成器出现在电视和杂志上，成为人们津津乐道的话题，但由于它生成每张图像都要收费，所以我也就把它当成了与我无关的东西。

　然后我把它发布到了插画发布网站 (Pixiv) 上...... 很多人都在看我的作品。他们还嗡嗡叫着关注我。看到粉丝数量增加，我非常高兴，甚至付费购买了高级会员，以观察趋势。同时，因为 GW 的原因，我阅读了 PIXIV FANBOX 的条款和条件，最后我甚至打开了它！

　然而，很难找到愿意付费观看的人。5 月 10 日，经过一番纠结之后，管理层发表了一份声明："FANBOX 未来对人工智能生成作品的回应"。

　就在我的积极性和更新频率即将下降时，终于有支持者来支持我了。

我非常激动，我才刚刚开始，一定会有希望的，我不会放弃，直到我们获胜！

　支持者的数量开始增加，但我仍然担心指南的修订。人们陆续搬走，宣布退休。我还把计划的名称从'R-18 票'改为'汉堡包捐赠'，因为我理解了管理层的意图，也思考了应该如何支持！好吧，我也无能为力，只能这样了 W;。

　然后，在稳步实践 "连续性就是力量 "这一原则约两个月后，7 月 24 日，我们被毫不客气地禁止处理人工智能生成的内容。我不忍心删掉自己的稿件，所以还是把它们静静地保存在私人状态下。

　怎么办呢，我现在很窘迫，因为我根本不会画画。我没有东西可以发表。于是我想了个办法来利用它。这就是我找到的。 Deden.
