New one-shot story: Empire Pony Wrap

This is something which hasn't really come along lately: the single-day idea-to-publication story. My original intent had been to go for an DELWMG chapter. But I went for a walk this morning so I could contemplate it, and just before I got home... I found garbage in the street. Product packaging, because today was trash pickup and something had fallen out.

What did I spot? See image above.

Now, that image has been altered. The real thing proudly advertises 100% Human Hair, and the needs of the potential plot meant that had to go. (FanOfMostEverything was kind and whited it out for me.) But... look at the name. Doesn't it immediately beg questions? Just for starters, why does the Empire need to wrap a pony?
