Early Access: Inside The Cockpit Buccaneer

Hey! Inside The Cockpit is back so let us start it out with a bang, the Buccaneer! Jump on board this fast and dangerous Cold War classic, a plane where flying at over 100ft was considered close to heresy - ok, I exaggerate but it's not that far off ;)

Also, I have exciting news: I am happy to announce that I have found a  cameraman/video editor for Inside The Cockpit! What's the big deal you ask, surely that's nothing special! Well, it is for me - I've been doing all by myself so far. Previous attempts to get someone to help out were difficult, as the niche content was difficult to work with (e.g.  imagine I talk about the leading edge and suddenly you see footage of  the gear...). Anyway, I've been working with 'Josh' for some time now, and it seems to work really well. He is going to be shooting and editing Inside The Cockpits in the future (this one was his first), it's a learning process so if you see minor rough edges for a few episodes, just close that eagle eye of yours - but feel free to give constructive feedback :)

Thank you for the support!
Chris

Hey Frank, thanks for the heads up, I corrected it!

Hi Chris, nice video. Good to see the channel getting back to basics. Josh has done a fantastic job behind the camera. Buccaneer, I thought it might be underpowered. Given the size of the intake and so forth. Thanks for mentioning it is the same engine that is in the UK F-4 without the afterburner. Never have seen a Buccaneer up close in person, just pictures. Interesting bomb bay as well. Those UK guys always thinking of something. Read some books about UK fighters in Desert Storm and this particular Buccaneer has been mentioned (I think), the airframe for sure. The sand colored paint is really something eh? Like it flew it's last flight, then taxied into the museum. I'll end here with there is a typo in the Title Line. "Ccokpit". Take care, happy holidays,

Frank C
