Please leave YOUR feedback

Hey all,

first of all, thank you for 2020. The year certainly did not go as planned for anyone but I hope you and yours are all safe and sound. Considering how 2020 went, I am even more thankful for your support and hope that you enjoyed the videos and content.

As with last year, I wanted to take this opportunity not just to thank you all but also ask you if you think anything could be done better. Whether it is the perks, the videos, the sneakpeaks or early access, or anything that comes to mind, please let me know. You can do so in multiple ways:

Again, thank you very much and looking forward to your feedback!
Chris

Yes, you both have to look after yourselves because we can't afford you to burn out. Nebula is still a bit rough' n' ready butit will get incrementally better.

Uncle Joe (Brian)

Thanks very much, Simon. Happy to hear it!

Really happy with the content you produce Chris, after years of seeing the same old videos that skim the surface of a chosen subject, it’s great to find someone who knows their stuff and digs deeper into the ‘bucket’ to pull out long lost nuts and bolts of information... interesting stuff

Thanks Bill!

I'm very happy with everything, so long as you and Bernard aren't wearing out. I appreciate the updates in between video releases. I enjoy seeing the processes behind creations. Stay safe and rested.

Hey Robert, thank you, I think that is super helpful feedback to know that quotes + visuals at the same time are the way to go. Thanks very much, have a good one!

Hey John, I do very much want to come over to US and Canada, hopefully sometime in 2021/22. Thanks for the support and comments!

Military Aviation History

Sadly, I have little to offer than praise. I enjoy every video you have produced. In an effort to provide some useful feedback I reviewed the videos released this year. The Inside the Cockpit and walk arounds are great because it allows your audience to experience these machines in a way that only a pilot or aircrew would. If had to name a favorite video overall, it would have to be the one on the TBD. The recent one about fighter tactics against the B-17 is a close second for me. Something about those two videos just really grabs me. I wish I could put my finger on what it is exactly about them that is so outstanding, but I just can't. Maybe the blend of reading from the primary source while using a video game to visually demonstrate what the historical observer was describing. Whatever it is, you bring history to life and you are very good at it. Keep up the great work! Best of luck in 2021!

Chris: it’s great...I appreciate the in cockpit stuff, and really like the strategy discussions..you have academic chops, but more you discuss from original source and from reputable authors. It’s hard..I can only imagine as you and Bernard are always close to topics that can go very bad these days, but your style keeps it clinical and real. .please visit Canada sometime. Mark can show you US, I would be honoured to show you here..

Chris, I will gladly echo the comments above. I can't think of anything that needs improvement. I'm a fan of all of your content, especially the analysis of strategy and tactics. It's great to see well researched history presented in such a consistently compelling and entertaining way. Hope to see you in North America, if not in 2021, certainly in 2022. Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year!

Cheers, Bruce. Very happy to hear this!

Danke schön, Frohe Weihnachten!

Military Aviation History

Very, very, well done. Impossible to notice that Covid had any effect on your quality or content. Keep up the good work.

Bruce Stein

Well, I agree with the others that it's hard to find any area to improve. I'm definitely a huge fan of Inside the Cockpit and Current Events videos as well as especially the ones based on your own archival research. Frohe Weihnachten!

Hey Samuel, thanks for the feedback. Yes, I plan to do more of those but right now filming was difficult. Have a great Christmas and happy new year!

100% satisfied Patreon 👍 Your 2020 was above and beyond what we could expect from a year as shitty as 2020. Keep up the good work and hopefully we can see you visit museums again sometime in 2021.

Jens Backman

Chris, I would hard pressed to find any suggestions for an improvement suggestion. Your content is always thoughtful, well-researched, and well presented. Many thanks. Have a Merry Christmas and "See you in the sky!" :)

I wish you also a peaceful and safe holidays Chris. Thanks for the great videos!

As I've already said to you once, I'm happy with the way your channel is going. I like the current balance between the "practical" videos (like inside the cockpit) and the others . Do you plan on doing more videos like the one you did in the RAF air operation bunker and the dowding system, where you go on an historical landmark? I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy new year!
