Here is our newest feature on the Douglas DC-3/ C-47. Public release will be Thursday, 30th May.
This is perhaps the most indepth video on an aircraft I have done so far, with a lot of BRoll and archive footage as well!

P.S. Sadly, due to an oversight on my part, some of the external shots were overexposed. Lesson learned.

My Dad loved flying this plane as it was quite reliable, stable and easy to fly. The only negative was that it was unpressurized. He also flew the pressurized C-46 during the war, but preferred the C-47.

2019-05-27 21:52:30 +0000 UTCThere are still DC-3 in commercial service in the US. Just last month I saw one in the process of being reconditioned. Over the years I think I have flown in 2 that I can remember.
