Hey all,
Today I filmed at the Battle of Britain Bunker in London and at Bentley Priory for a very special video on Air Ops sponsored by the Royal Air Force.
During the Battle of Britain, Bentley Priory was the HQ of Fighter Command with the Bunker as home to No. 11 Group.
The filming was with a full crew and the first time I worked on such a challenging project. It was quite something and I hope the footage looks good. The script, written by me, explores the historical significance of Air Operation during the Battle of Britain which is really what gave the RAF that decisive edge against the Luftwaffe. This video is done in cooperation with the RAF and the museums to devleope an interest in Air Operations past and current and ties in with the RAFs aim to find new Air Operation specialists.
Obviously working with an organisation like the RAF is a huge step for the channel and is a testimony as to how much your support has helped raise the profile of the channel.
Tomorrow I will also be able to film a video in a Spitfire MK. IX and then I'll make a guest appearence in a video by the RAF.
The videos are planned to release early April.
Any questions? Let me know.
