Behind-The-Cockpit 2.0: Fieseler Storch Fi-156

Hey all,

Here is an advanced look at one of the many scenes of our latest museum visit, showing off a magnificent STOL aircraft. The Fieseler Storch is a personal favourite of many and the full episode is shaping up to be more than 30min long! Plenty of time to give you all the ins-and-outs for this bird.

To-do-list on this video:

Right now, I have completed the raw edit of the video which means that all the main clips are set and linked to their proper audio. Tomorrow, I'll start tightening the edit and overlaying the video with helpful close-ups, images (for example of this aircrafts in the field) and inserts where necessary. The days after, I will add call out titles (for example in this scene I will most likely point out the metal cowling around the engine) throughout the video where required and hopefully have some time left to make some minor edits on lighting and contrast.

Any feedback or comments? Let me know!

Maybe it's the English flipperoo? There are a whole lot of languages that would say (the equivalent of) four-and-seventy instead of seventy-four. Maybe we are the odd ones. Which wouldn't surprise me, considering the origins of the English language....

Sigh, the German flippero for numbers strikes again. Great spot and thanks for mentioning it!

You said that the manual listed each wing tank at 47 liters. It sounds like you meant to say 74, as two 74 liter tanks would add up to the 148 liters you mention a little later.
