Runeraker & Slowstone - Tools of the Mage Hunter

Got two interesting new magic items for you today that work particularly well together - perfect for those who hunt spellcasters or need to control the battlefield.
First up, the Runeraker - a Rare longsword that's essentially a spell thief's best friend. It lets you:
Identify any spell being cast near you
Actually steal and use spells you successfully resist
Then we have the Slowstone - a Rare item that creates zones of temporal manipulation. This mossy stone:
Creates an aura that slows enemies
Reduces their combat options
Makes them more vulnerable to attacks
