Hello good hunter,

Today we're diving into some tactical gear of the magical variety

Robe of the Crimson Cross:

This one's for all you healers out there who've always wanted to feel like a true tank. I wanted to capture that moment when a medic rushes out onto the battlefield, protected by nothing but their courage and a red cross.

Totally not inspired by any real world organization btw.

The robe gives you a moment of invincibility after healing someone. It's like the universe is saying, "Nice job, here's a freebie." Just remember, if you attack, that protection vanishes faster than a rogue with the party's gold.

Pauldrons of Perseverance:

These are inspired by those heroes in stories who just. won't. quit.

First off, they tell penalties to take a hike. bad checks? Never heard of it. Actually I'm lying my average rolls throughout my campaigns are under 10, but who keeps count.

In addition, Instead of exhaustion keeling you over, you get a second wind. It's like the pauldrons are saying, "Not today, death. Have some temp HP and an extra action instead."

These items are for those climactic moments when everything's on the line.
