Echo Assassin - Taking the Silent Murderer to the Next Level

A new monster from the Trench War today,
I wanted something silent and deadly.
I made it scream too, only problem, you won't hear it.
I also liked the idea of inflicting silent thunder damage, so all of this wrapped up gave birth to the Echo Assassin.
Enjoy assassinating your players (or at least their characters)
