Which Version of the Eldritch Dragon should we pick for Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt?

We're working on Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt (Coming to Kickstarter on July 19th). And we we have commissioned a pretty cool monster.
For those of you unaware of it, it will be a Bloodborne Inspired Setting for DnD 5e. So we have all kind of eldritch monsters in there, including this lad over here.
Which color should his head "crown" be?
