Psychological Damage from Lewds Consumption
Added 2021-05-23 13:21:08 +0000 UTCThis fact should've been kept taboo in public. But it also concerns our side – the side of creators – who profit off paragon content.
The fact is: lewds damage you.
Just like Hollywood movies a̶r̶e were meant to inspire people about how life can be. Not a single screenplay brought to the screen has anything to do with reality, but people were given dreams in theaters. They were given an idea of better things happening – to others, at least. Believing the life is good and trying to match the standards seen.
Just like porn is providing you with enjoyable visual content that has nothing to do with sexual activities humans ever had nor will be exercising. It looks nice, but it's never natural.
Just like if you show a football or boxing game to a pre-teen boy. He will want to be like big and strong men smashing each other – it's how instincts work – but won't be able to for another decade because of how biology works.
Just like comics you've subscribed to. These are awesome stories. But they never get close to reality. No matter how much you want this. Everyone is free (well, almost free) to enjoy, but at the point where you let your brain think it's a norm in society and you should be getting these kinds of relationships for real... you'll start suffering more and more over time.
Fictions and IRLs don't cross. If you're unable to control cognitive processes; if you're not conscious enough to separate made up stories from the way real life goes, the best case is you quit all lewd sources on the internet (softcore porn is OK). At the same time, it might be an option to get social, dump a hundred bucks into Tinder, and change your life's trajectory.
Our creators – cold-ass folks who observe the process of creation from zero to one hundred – are barely dealing with not falling for these comics as a norm in life. It damages them. It worsens the existing issues and deforms the perception of females. So in case you feel like it's not a challenge for ya, think twice.
Homo are incredibly primitive species, and the entertainment industry figured it out a century ago. We want things to be fun, but the hidden damage covered by addictive stuff isn't the right way to go – even though it makes almost every popular product.
