Bonjour and Happy New Year, ya hosers!

How's it goin' there, bud? You snowbirds keep warm with your toques while you were oot and aboot on your toboggans? No worries. You can just warm yourselves up with a nice double-double. But don't you forget to pick up some Timbits while you're there. Swear to Gretzky, if you forget, we're gonna have ourselves one hell of a donnybrook! Eh!

So anyway, Carrie's been invited to take her Canadian citizenship test, so she's in study mode. As you can see, it's really paying off. We'll have to take her out for a two-four when she passes. Needless to say, that's where all her time and energy is at the moment, so MHAA is still on pause. She's VERY eager to get back to it, though. Practically SALIVATING. Especially since the MHAA 5 script is on the horizon.

On the SAOA front, we settled on splitting the mammoth script we wrote into three episodes, and we've started contacting actors to record for all three of them at once. These scripts may very well be the end of Izzy. He has over 200 lines, many of which are screams and/or various profanities, so he might not be able to talk afterwards. Or, like, ever again. It's gonna be rough. But it'll be worth it, for once we are finished, we will finally be free of the horror that is Alfheim! Rejoice!

You should also rejoice in the knowledge that we've started SWE&D campaign 3: The Crypt Star Saga! Woo! Thank you so much to everyone who tuned in on Friday for the first session! It was an amazing turnout, and we can't wait to play more! If you missed it, don't worry. The VODs will stay on the Live tab of our YouTube, but also on your favourite podcast app! That's right! The first episode of the Crypt Star Saga will be going live on all major podcast platforms this Friday (Jan. 12th, 2024), with new episodes released weekly thereafter! To clear up any potential confusion, we'll still only be streaming SWE&D biweekly, but when we do, we're recording two podcast episodes at a time. Helps us keep the podcasts to a more manageable length. We really hope you like the new format! Spencer's going through it, adding music and sound effects and polishing it up all nice for ya! We're super excited to bring you all this new content!
