Oh... oh you're giving me a weird look. Shit, did I misread that? I thought I was... picking up some signals. Fuck, now it's awkward. What do you mean "it's fine"? What do you mean I'm "just making it worse"? Maybe YOU'RE making it worse! Ever think about that?! Got 'em.
Anywho, on to the matter at hand.
It hasn't been a super eventful month, but progress has been made. The script for SAOA 15 is coming along nicely, but I'll be honest. This season has been a real bitch so far. Trying to insert any kind of depth into the Cousin Fucking Arc hasn't been easy, which is kinda surprising given the first half of that sentence. But we'll get there! And then, one day, we'll get to work on Gun Gale. Sweet... sweet Gun Gale. With no incest or raaaa... shit. Well, with no incest, at least. Gosh dang it, Reki.
Izzy's also gotten a head start on some of the effects shots for both SAOA and MHAA, all of which play key roles in gags we're pretty excited about, and we've been able to get a few more of the larger characters for MHAA in for recording.
That's about all for this month! When next we speak, it shall be in the far-flung future of 2020! Seriously, doesn't that just sound sci-fi as all get out? I've already pre-ordered my jetpack! Now, I know what you're thinking, but the paperwork specifically said it's not a scam, so it's fine. You can't lie if it's in writing! That'd make it liable... or is it purgery? Fraud? Well, it's gotta be one of those things. Look, the point is, I definitely did not just waste $50,000 on a fake Norweigan jetpack.... wait... DOES THIS MEAN THE VIKINGS HAVE JETPACK TECHNOLOGY?! Aw fuck! The prophesies were true! Ragnarok will soon be upon us! We shall all soon drown beneath the crashing waves of Jormangandr's wrath! But not the Vikings! For they have jetpacks, as was explained previously!
If you somehow survive the coming storm, hold your loved ones tight, and have a happy holiday. Like, one of the winter ones. Not Ragnarok. It'd be weird to celebrate Ragnarok. But hey, you do you, I suppose.

I'm fine waiting to get that sweet sweet SWE quality of writing, which sincerely is both comedic and yet emotional some how. And hey if you can I'm up for some original content haha. On the SAOA side of things you guys have done a brilliant job so far, I can't wait to see how Leafa develops as a character which 2 episodes in she already has more depth than the entirety of her "arc" in the original show. You guys never cease to disappoint. Keep up the great work

2019-12-12 00:50:13 +0000 UTCFor what it's worth, having never seen the original material, I'm totally buying and on board with what you're doing with the 'Cousin Fucking Arc' on it's own merits, not just as an attempt to salvage what sounds like a dumpster fire! Looking forward to the next episode with a little trepidation, as I was really enjoying the dynamic between 'Leafa' and 'xvx_k1r1t0_xvx_killme' before the lid got lifted on that particular can of worms, but I trust you guys to nail it like always :)
