Standoff + passed out + being consoled, Then shouting across a room, then trying to pick up a drunk girl while someone is calling out the villain as he walks away. You know.. in the middle of a party.
Yeah anyway.. Always seems easier in my head. :D

Quinn seems to be smart enough to know how to hold her alcohol. Unless she was on a funk to the tune of "I don't give a damn." But then, her mother's actions should have provided her with enough insight to what could potentially happen with too much booze.
