She looks to be more of a hodge podge of Robins that any other. Quinn, if she knows of SB, should know that is nothing like her Robin outfit. Though I'd say it looks more akin to Dick's outfit than Tim's.

Jason Todd had tiny green scaled bikini briefs, Dick Grayson had green briefs and a shirt that looked like it was clasped in the front. They both had different shaped "R"s on the chest since Tim first thought of turning it into a throwing projectile. Besides, neither one was Robin when Spoiler was running around. Mind your continuity! (That's totally Tim)
