I can't possibly comment on that (evil cackle). That said, turning Perseus even crazier is...not simple. On one of his bad days, Perseus can really give Commodus some competition. I mean, in a previous life the Tyrant was drowning some Named in barrels of wine...

Yes, I am saying that the squad is improving Perseus's mental health. That said I suspect some people are playing around with a whole lot of laws that have been renamed in a different language... I suspect new loopholes have opened up.
