Warmistress is really playing on the word of 'ah, ah, I will just make the female version of Warmaster!'. And besides, assuming it 'works' (which is far from certain) it means you can only place women at this post...which would not please at all the ambitious male officers.

It's only 2 letters off from Webmistress, and everyone know that's the best title of all. Note: Only the Warmaster title is subject to corruption from what said, so changing it to the female version is pretty much a direct in-your-face challenge to Abaddon. Yes, I know that Star Marshall is what will eventually get used, but, for Taylor it seems appropriate - the other parahumans who experienced Skitter would be probably "no duh, that's really her core identity". Also, even though I don't like Sophia Hess as a character, I'm wondering if she's going to show up in this chapter. I can easily see her becoming the founder of the UmbralShroud Temple - specializing in the blade no one sees coming (literally). Or I could see her being assigned as Taylor's personal assassin - some of the Inquisition have one, so why not Taylor?

When it comes time for Ormuz's court martial, I wonder if things can be arranged such that even if he's declared "not guilty" because of the interference by the Space Marines in the chain of command, but still gets "defrocked" for incompetence/cowardice.
