What is the variance in inertial energy between a Noctua NH-D14 or NH-L12 vs a Cooler Master MasterLiquid Maker 92? Given the realistic scenario of variable load, and the principles of initia, what does temperature dissipation latency look like? Maybe Cooler master thought that with VR having sometimes extreme variance in work loads. And VR's tendency to create extreme motion sickness. That maybe the more constant cooling of liquid cooling was more important than it's lower tdp. I remember JaysTwoCents comparing thermal spikes between liquid and heat pipe coolers, though I don't know how the MasterLiquid Maker 92 being so small would factor in. I'm not sure what would be the best test of these instances of peak heat spikes would be. Nor how to best test VR Jutter. Especially considering the built in v-sync of the VR headsets. I do not envy those attempting realistic yet empirical testing for such momentary, non standard, vomit inducing scenarios.
