Maybe being a bit hasty, but has there been any updates? This post is now going on a year old, and no new developments have been talked about. I don't want to rush anyone or anything, but it would be nice to occasionally hear about what's going on. Especially since I'm still eagerly looking forward to the desktop app and the ability to upload folders/file structures directly to the site. It would make keeping things consistently organized between locations much more convenient. Anyway, I hope the team is doing well and that we get to hear about the happenings with the site soon. How do I bulk download files, because I am trying to download file in bulk but every time I log in through email it sends me to a different new page so I loose the files that someone sent.

Tried it in 3 different web browsers with "The connection has timed out" results. But it may be a regional problem because It worked fine for me after I used a VPN for another region.

Hello Why can't some videos in the previously uploaded files be played or downloaded? The same problem still occurs when I re-upload them. However, other videos in the same folder can be played.

I'm not super technical so please forgive me if I can't articulate this well but since the new update one thing I've noticed is certain video files can no longer play in my browser when they used to just fine. Specifically .MOV files. Id just like to know please if this is a permanent change or just something that's happening while it's still being updated. Thank you. I do think the new video player works very well too great job on that. Also more of a side question but I was wondering what exactly does resetting my account token do? Their are a few people who I gave access to the email to login to my account that I would no longer like them to be able too. Would resetting my account token do that and make the old login emails not work while still keeping all my files? Or is their some other way to go about that?

I am using the same email for both patreon and gofile. I've also been a subscriber for several months now and the problem has popped up only recently.

Hello, Be sure to be logged on Gofile with the email used on Patreon. Also if you are a new subscriber, Patreon sometimes has a few hours delay before upgrading accounts. About pay as you go, there is indeed a minimum $10 monthly cost.

Everything looks nice, but somehow the gui isn't recognising me as a premium user anymore. I'm considering to change my subscription plan to 'Pay-As-You-Go'. Does it always cost 10$ per month or do I pay less if I use less transfer bandwidth?

Looks really familiar and more modern than the old UI. If possible, it would be good to be able to assign multiple files to a domain at once for direct access. Keep up the good work!

also agree with this. perhaps make it so all folder/file information has its own separate display box (1 box for: file size, upload date, download count etc)?, theres soo much empty space in the middle when looking in a directory

Thank you for your detailed feedback. You're right about most of the points you mentioned. UI/UX is a tough field, especially when we're trying to use the same codebase for both desktop and mobile. We'll keep this version as it is for now, but we'll surely work on it based on the feedback we get.

I've looked around, it looks really nice! It feels familiar but more modern. I like a lot of the changes, the only one that is bothering me personally is the fact that the fine name + date + size + downloads (or name + date + public tag for folders) are all on the same block, it makes long list of files a bit longer, and harder to pick certain info. It's a bit more responsive to different sizes, especially on mobile, but on desktop it just has a lot of empty space. An improvement that I think would be nice, is the account shortcuts (like profile and files) should maybe be accessible with simple buttons in the side panels as well. It's in the home page, but it's nice to have those options a bit more visible, especially since the side panel feels a bit empty currently. That would make the top dropdowns more of an account switcher, but it might make the experience a bit more smooth in my opinion! A final thing I've noticed is the Table view in the usage charts, I have no idea what use it has, but the horizontal scrollbar is visible when there is no scrolling in that direction. I don't think those charts hold enough data to have a table like this, which I assume is for copy-pasting in a spreadsheet, maybe? (in that case, it would be better to download as csv and have it have longer historical data) But overall I quite like it, and some good potential to expand! I've thrown a couple ideas but it's only my opinion but in general, it's a great improvement and I'm excited to see what comes next!

Looks great! Very familiar but feels better. Would like to see a way to switch between List / Thumbnail view, would be cool for photo folders for example.

Kindly make a simple android app for sync as well, really needed to sync (tired of google photos and drive limit), You can follow megasync as reference (also take note on conflict auto naming instead of overwriting, really helpful in coding backup as realtime github)
