Here it is, the render of the latest animations with blendshapes for Foxlo's transformation into a giant blueberry! ๐ซโจ Now you can enjoy the final moments of her inflation, complete with lighting and sound effects. The sound is gloriousโฆ ๐
With this, weโve completed the previsualization that will allow us to capture the essence of the 2005 movie, ๐ฌ and weโll soon move on to designing and building our own animated version that retains this essence while offering a fresh, bold perspective. ๐ฅ
This process has also helped us identify the limits of the 3D model and ways to improve specific areas, like the arms and legs, which posed some challenges during the inflation. We will continue refining and perfecting the blendshapes to create multiple inflation phases and ensure smoother transitions between them. Similarly, weโll enhance the softbody effect to achieve an even more โjuicyโ look. On the technical side, as always, the animation and blendshapes were done in Blender, while the softbody effect was developed in Houdini. ๐ป
