I’ll try to help make things clearer if I understand correctly. Basically, if you were charged on July 1st for June’s rewards, you won’t be charged again when Usa switches. Not until August 1st and that charge will be for August’s sets. July sets are basically free to anyone in the tier that paid for June’s. And if you weren’t charged on July 1st, then you will be charged right away when the switch happens. Hopefully I got that right, and if I am wrong, I apologize and will delete this comment if someone corrects me :)
